How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, bedding and textiles must be unopened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries in the near future.
How should I care for my Milk & Sugar ceramics?
Most of our ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend hand-washing with mild detergent to preserve the matte finish over time.
